Payment profile nit updated on ITC

I recently took out a personal loan and a credit facility at capitec bank my first installment went off on time as well as me making additional adhoc payments towards it as well. When i pulled my credit reports from compuscan transunion experian and xds i picked up that my credit profile for both capitec accounts has not even been updated on ITC this makes my credit profile look bad. Can i please urgently request that you update my payment history with all the above listed bureaus.
