Payment not reflecting

Good day

I received a bonus payment from my employer on the 12th of August 2022 for an amount of R2750, however no payment has reflected in my account to date.

My employer has provided me with a payment confirmation letter from Mercantile bank ,which I did take into capitec bank at the Gateway branch.

Consultant could not assistant me in tracing the payment. I am passed between my employer and capitec which is extremely disappointing that my bank can not provide any kind of assistance in this regard.
