Payment Holiday approved - Now blacklisted
My dad requested a payment holiday on 26 March 2020. He was advised that it had been granted. He then called a few days later requesting an insurance claim on his loan and credit card, as he has insurance and qualifies for this. He was advised he needed to sub mot documents, which was not possible. You cannot submit a payslip for the end of April in the 1st week of April. You cannot get a payslip for April if you are not receiving an income. Then he was asked for UI forms. He did not claim UIF. His company did, so he does not have the documentation. What you are asking for is ridiculous!! I have been on hold and trying to call for 2 weeks, either being on hold or speaking to people that have no idea what they are doing and being transferred over and over again. R300 airtime wasted!!He has received messages for not paying, after he had requested a payment holiday! How is that possible! It is almost 2 months later and still waiting. We have logged a complaint and still waiting. Posted on Facebook for assistance and still waiting!! This pathetic service from Capitec and Capitec will immediately update my fathers account currently showing as a poor payer as this is false. If this is not cleared by 29 May 2020, i will take this matter to the ombudsman as you have *******ly noted him as a slow payer/poor payer!!
