payment arrangement

<p>Hi</p> <p>Today I went to Alberton City Capitec Bank to make payment arrangements since I've lost my job, and the manager refused about arrangements and told me to report her if I'm unhappy with her decision. She was rude, stupid, useless and I nearly lost my temper then I walk out as there wasn't any help. </p>
