pay out Pension funds

I was told by old mutual that my pension was paid to my bank capitec I phoned capitec they advised will be paid with in from the 14 july 7 to 21 days 21 days is over was advise have a back log need to wait 24 to 48 hours on the 5 August was 21 days today is the 13 august was also advised was made urgent and I'm still awaiting
