Paused/stopped account

This is a bad bank I have ever used and I regret my self for choosing it because I thought it is legit. But know all they know is to close our accounts without communication. My account has be paused for 2 months now with my funds. I did went to the bank with my ID document for verification but they couldn't help. This is sad because I have to use my money for my kids transport fare.
