Paused bank account since 26 December 2023
Capetic Bank is a **** show of a bank. You'd swear that bank is operated by uneducated people.
My bank account has been on pause since the 26th of December 2023. The was no communication from the bank to inform me why my account has been paused!
I knew I would regret opening an account there because so many people have closed their accounts there and opted for other banks.
Your customer service is very poor.
