Paused account

Capitec bank paused my savings account, due to FICA issue and then I’ve submitted my proof of address,ID copy and my payslip and mind you I don’t get my salary at Capitec and later on they wanted the proof of my funds and they requested an affidavit and I’ve submitted it and now my account it’s still paused can’t do anything, so now I told the to give my funds and close that account. Capitec it’s something else hey
