Paused Account /Capitec Account Number ***

My account is paused for two weeks and I am sending documents, going to the bank and sending WhatsApp massages i am not getting help. I called several times no change. My account is still paused I asked them to make the account active so that I can withdraw the money in my account they didn't respond. It pain me because its bring using Capitec Bank but now the treatment is poor 😫 can I please get the money in my account and close the account. Capitec failed me , they made me do affidavit now and then went to different branches still the i spent money to do everything they don't car. Can I please get help Capitec Bank is failing me. I need the money in the account.
