Paused account

Capitec bank is trash, for 3 years I couldn't swipe or tsp my card, went to the bank to enquire they checked and said everything from their end is fine. Till this day I'm unable to tap and swipe now my account is paused with funds in it for what? This is emotionally draining because you took food out of my children's mouth. Next time I'll keep in mind not to bank with Capitec again 😡😡😡
