Paused account
My name is Muanalo Mandwane my account was paused last week Friday and i was asked to dubmit affidavit statimg the Money in my account i did that amd i went to Gardens Mall and all the documents needed were submitted. My account is still paused today i did the follow-up and they wsnted proof of income and i dont have they needed a registered company which i dont have . I am doing decor they just transfer the money in my account i do small **** jobs weekly fsily or monthly it depends i get my Hollywood winings. And the money for maimtainance its not a lot of money the account is still paused i explained everything My account is paused since last week.

20 Aug 2025, 08:34My query is not resolved yet at Capitec Bank ,they asked me to send documents again i did that but the account is still paused. I sent them an email asking that they should open the account so that I withdrawal my money nothing is done. I am so hurt and disappointed with Capitec Bank. I jave been using it for a long time but now they failed me. All I want is my money . Two weeks with the paused account everyday sending one thing but there's no luck in getting help. Capitec Bank please open the account for me so that I can withdraw my money and your bank with peace.
