Pause and blocked my accounts
They still haven't unblocked my account yet after several attempts of going to bank with the documents that they have requested They just paused my account without communicating with me and they blocked my account with money Now i cannot access my funds for my kids school uniform becouse they keep telling me story The worst ever bank i ever used I will never trust this bank with my money

04 Jan 2024, 07:39Im very disappointed with capitec service my bank has been blocked for a long time and they doesnt have a solution for it
I.cant even access my fund
For no reason they.blocked all.my accounts and put three saving accounts on paused
At the bank they cant halp me when yoh call them they hang off your call
This bank is a ****.i never thought id regret using this bank
Please i want my money unblock my account damnt
