Pathetic, worst service ever

If I could less than 1 star, I would give it. My account was blocked because I was a victim of a ****, I needed to get documents from Bandile Bheki to take the case to the Ombudsman, but since August- no response at all. Its almost 3 months later, still nothing. I need answers
