Pathetic useless service, was charged 4 times bank fees for 2 transactions

I did 2 transactions which failed due to my limit being low and you charged me a bank fee 4 times instead of 2 times. Why?? I chat to the agent on X and they refer me to WhatsApp to chat to a bot, really, a bot.. Which made me wait since 30 minutes ago they said I'll chat to an agent, still waiting even now, no agent. What a pathetic service
