Pathetic system and security. ******* able to ***** on account

Someone stole money from my mom ‘s Savings and Flexible capitec account via internet banking. They stole R80 000 (Flexible) and R4000( Savings) She had never shared any of her personal info with anyone but someone was able to take all her money from her accounts. The bank is aware and doing investigations. Based on the reviews I read from other victims, it seems like Capitec Bank neglects its clients in cases like this.

We want our money back. This is a lot of money to just ignore and move on.
