Pathetic services from Capitec bank

The services of this bank is pathetic if not none existed. People get ****** and the bank doesn't take responsibility and accountability.

Capitec Bank is a **** and gives ****s access to people's money. About a month ago, an amount of R2000.00 disappeared from my account, when I enquired they said they are investigating. The money was taken in Johannesburg although I stay in Pretoria and was in Pretoria. They couldn't prove that am the one who withdrew the money but still said i couldn't get my money back.

You ask how is that possible. Well because the bank works with ****s.
