App**** for a loan. Got the loan got retrenched. Was told when app**** for loan that once retrenched your loan will be settled.Went to bank was shown away. Said i must bring al the uif papers and retrenchment papers. Was told they cant help me. new job made payment arrangements but capitec did not keep to it. Never found my voice recording. Never got feedback from anyone.went into a branch to make arrangements still capitec did not keep to it. They are giving me a bad name because I am one month behind on my loan due to staff incompetence.
