Pathetic service/lack of feedback

I submitted an Hello Petter complaint on the 16th of Jan and since then received 2 calls says that they investigating this matter and it should be resolved by the end of Jan. The guy that called also promised to call me with feedback last week Monday however have not heard anything since his previous call on the 28th of Jan. I'm getting quite impatient and I really need this matter to be resolved ASAP.
