Pathetic Service with no feedback!!

I have been banking with Capitec for years. For some reason unknown to me, they keep declining a credit card. I need to improve my already good credit record by obtaining a credit card, yet Capitec won't even reply back to me. I'm tired of sending emails with no response to my query. Very disappointed in the terrible service. Even my business banks with Capitec, should I be moving my business elsewhere as well as my personal account???
