Pathetic service from the call centre

Called in on 3 Feb to raise a query regarding my credit card. Was told it would take 2 days for feedback. A few days later I hadn't heard anything so I called in again. Agent apologized and 'escalated' the query. By 11 Feb, still no feedback. Then called in again, and was told that nothing had been done about it
