Pathetic service from Capitec!!!!!!!!!!

Pathetic service, Capitec has soft frozen my account. I can receive money BUT am unable to withdraw it.(Isn't that nice for them?). Documents were sent it is now past the turnaround time and I am being sent from pillar to post. What they don't seem to understand is the urgency of NOT being able to access your OWN money. Do they know if I had bread or electricity? I just called AGAIN now a lady by the name of Kagiso who cannot even find my details with the reference no. THEY PROVIDED and who also refused to provide me with her surname is telling me I have to wait 24 TO 48 HOURS for the request she is sending now... Now you tell me where the sense of urgency is.
