Pathetic service for the last 3 years!

I was retrenched in 2018, I then went to the branch and submitted all the required documents as I had loss of income insurance. I finally started working again in 2022, only to find out Capitec recorded that I was sequestrated in 2017? I have NEVER app**** for sequestration, and why would I get sequestrated when I had a good income? Since 2022 I've been to the branch EVERY end of the month trying to get the sequestration removed as I can not apply for any credit. I have spent thousands of rand holding for different departments, even their own staff had to make up stories for the different departments to look in to the issue. Every end of the month for the last two years the branch have been sending my document through to the credit department, only to find out the next month that nothing has been sent or done. I then started requesting that the cc myself in the email correspondence but apparently that is against the banks regulations. You can also not go into a department and discuss in person. CAPITEC you guys must start getting your act together as I'm planning on handing you over to an attorney totry and solve this.
