Pathetic service

Capitec is the worst bank to deal with... No customer care service at all... Tried calling the customer service an it just rings an rings been calling about 6 times for about 20 minutes on each call an there's no answer... Money was transferred from 1 account to another using the instant payment method an it hasn't reflected in the other account... Been to a branch an the same pathetic service that still isn't resolved!! Had to follow a huge line... Dam IL never deal with capitec again
