Pathetic service

The service at Capitec bank Diepkloof square is appalling to say the least I've never had to deal with such *********** people I got a cash send and went to withdraw the money at a Capitec branch in Diepkloof square the money is mutilated I just don't get how is it that your machines accept such notes and actually keeps them for clients to get such monies now I can't use the money anywhere and upon coming into the branch iam told the money will be deposited into my ACC how and why is it that it must now be my problem that the money can't be provided to me and worse upon it being deposited into my account it's going to be R10 shorter why is it that your guys are *********** and can't even make decisions really I mean come on such a hassle with something that's not my fault I got the money from your machine now iam being taken pillar to post and have to deal with *********** people,this is the same reason I initially moved my acc elsewhere and now iam back here having to deal with incompetence and people who can't think and apply common sense instead iam told I need to get the money deposited onto my account why ,that money was never from my account at the first place
