Pathetic Service - Capitec, better ALWAYS rests apparently

Incident# *** My credit card is being blocked due to a "retrenchment claim" that has been listed on my account. I tell these people over and over again I have never claimed for a retrenchment benefit nor have I ever been retrenched, but that's where my communication stops. They tell me about this claim and then they decide that they are done talking to me. No matter how many times I say to them, but that is untrue. It's like they refuse to believe that something is wrong on their side, which it is. The last person I spoke to is Monique, after her email I said to her that can't be, there must be a mistake. A week has passed, I send her a mail EVERY DAY, but no response. This is pathetic to say the least.
