Pathetic service - Capitec Bank

So, I have a loan at Capitec Bank. Every month without any issue my loan goes off. With COVID19, banks offered payment holidays. I decided not to take one with Capitec, which I don't regret. Nonetheless, so, end of May 2020 ny installment does not get deducted, I get a text of this and immediately I phone. I speak to agent who cannot answer as why it didn't go off. I tell her there is still over enough money on my account as it as was only 3 days after payday. She tells she will log the matter for investigation. At the same time I asked can I EFTit as I'm not going to a branch and stand on que, especially with COVID19. She says sure and will text me the details, as at 1 July 2020, I'm still waiting on that text, and I spoke to her on 2 June 2020. I emailed the contact centre, and to be fair, I could understand they may be busy due COVID19. That was on 3 June 2020, on 8 June 2020 I get a reply to say mattee has been logged,my thing js what dis the agent on the phone do? She didn't text me nor did she log it, so what did she actually do ? I asked the agent on the phone and in my email, due to the unpaid debit order will it affect my credit score ? None of them answered me. Eventually I get a reply to my email to say debit order failed due to change in debit order dates. NEVER have i requested to change my debit order date, why would I ? In my email I also dobtger a reply if it will affect my credit score. Upon replying to ask when did I ask to change my debit order date and again I asked will it affect my credit score ? No answer as yet and my email was send 2 weeks ago. Yesterday, 30.06.2020, I get my new credit score and my score went down, I look further in to why and low and behold, there is Capitec as the reason for missing payment. So, with all this said, I want this sorted out today, 1 July 2020 or I will taking it to every social media i can possibly think of ans News24. I have ALL my proof via email
