Pathetic service

We sat at the Capitec Silverlakes branch for over 2 hours, the consultant had to redo calculations 3 times the 3 time I had to call her out of the back office to get my documents. I also asked for a replacement card, I still don't have the card! The branch manager has no interest and just sit at the desk on her cell phone. What a useless branch. Waist my time, after two hours no replacement card and I still don't know what was done for 2 hours.
