Pathetic service at capitec

I was doing an online job which seemed to be legit at the time. Capitec ended up reviewing flags from accounts which sent money into my account and blocked my account, about a month ago. Despite me submitting the affidavit as well as all screen shot proof of who paid and whom I had correspondence with, they refuse to open my account as the so called proof of payment that was sent to me from the capitec account that paid me the money (and is pinging as a **** account) is not sufficient! It's obvious they didn't display their account number as they knew they were a ****... I am innocent and yet capitec still refuses to assist me!

I expressed how convenient capitec is for me and requested the account which is on my id number be closed so I may attain a new account however they cannot assist me with that either!
