Pathetic service and feedback Capitec business

We opened a business bank account about 6 months ago, which was also a struggle but got it done in about 3 weeks. Now we would like to open a saving / investment account.

This is just to difficult for Capitec - Data capturing issues / Knowledge of the process - nothing. Feedback nothing - Been almost 2 months now, and still struggling.

Not sure why I even bother anymore. If you need a business account for a small business, dont try to use Capitec - You will waste your time.
