pATHETIC SERVICE A DISSAPOINTMENT

<p>I went to capitec in festival amll at the end of last month to apply for a personal loan i was the told by one of the female consultants that works there at the No:7 desk and was told i have been preappoved for R50k but i must come back at the end of October to fin alise everything and so that they can confirm employement... then i went back on the 30/10/2016 and spoke to a different consultan who the advised me i can only be approved for less than R10k... and they still need to confirm employement... To be honest sitting there for 1hr 30min and being dissapointed by the lack of service and missleading of the consultant is highly un_acceptable..</p>
