Pathetic service

Trying to transfer a savings account to Capitec, completed the necessary online, on Capitec website; was contacted via whatsapp and put through to Qhawekazi who let me wait for 15 mins before transferring me to Lenah who is still, after ten minutes trying to figure out what to assist me with. Now, I have two business accounts with Capitec, which I am extremely happy with and honestly ,If this is the service you render on savings account, I do have to ask myself if it is worth making a move?
