Pathetic service

Capitec business is absolutely pathetic. I would not advise any business to open an account with them. I requested to close my account 10 days ago, it was closed the next day but I've been struggling ever since to get the funds that was left in the account. Every time you phone them either you get placed on hold the whole time and they make empty promises or they just keep reverting it from one department to the other.
