Pathetic service

Capitec bank stellenbosch has got the worst service ever especialy the lafy in front San-marie and the manager Carla..they have attitudes that stink and they make like they own capitec.. They cant smile and have no customer service values.. They make you see that tou are nothing and they are the best..

Capitec is quick to let you open account online but when you need service yoh must go wait 1st outside in a line and then inside the branxh afterwards... Now because of this service i will be wothout a bank card becaise capitec dont work lome other banks on appointment.. I think i am done..think must close my accpunt and go somewhere else..pathetic service.pathetic staff..
