Pathetic service

<p> i have a loan with capitec bank , mind you i have never missed any payment and yet they deducting before my salary date, earlier this year i submitted my payslip to their nearest branch as prove that im getting my salary last day of the month all along they were deducting as agreed, problem started last month (october) when they deducted on the 20th, I had to go to their branch and the money was reversed back into my account, same thing happened on friday 25 Nov'16, I went to their branch same was reversed into my account the following morning my money was deducted again, I called their call centre, my money was reversed for the second time, within an hour my money was deducted again im ****ed with their service</p>
