Pathetic Service

I am very disappointed in the service I recieved at Capitec. I have been on the line with them for more than an hour and have been sent from pillar to post. Most of the consultants are rude and my call was dropped twice to avoid my query. All I want to do is make arrangement and for them to load a AOD so I can use this account again.
