Pathetic Service

I have had the worst experience with capitec. I have credit facility which only expires on 22 March 2019. Ive always paid my installments on time and even had a loan which i also paid up never missed any payments. When i tried to transfer funds from my facility i received an error. Went into the branch to inquire then got told the due date falls on 22 March and i get paid the 25th so i must reapply seriously are you joking. This is pathetic my installment always goes off early on the 22nd as well i need this reveiwed my credit facility has not expired.
