pathetic service

The fact that i have to give a min of 1 star for this compony makes me furius. They dont even deserve a star. They take money from accounts for a loan in arrears a totalo of R5200 l. Stating that its my fault and I did not make arrangements but I did try to make an arrangement but all they said is that they cant do anything justblike they said now. Its no wonder people call them loan sharks. Worst bank o ever dealt with an very rude staff!!

I would like to give my gratitude and respect to Mr Mziwa Mbedu who went beyond the extra mile to assist me. I almost cried after I spoke to him. He is a honourable; kind and understanding man. If only every person could be like you Mr. Mbedu. How wonderfull this world would be. You amazed me today and I want you to know that the good that you do will definitely come back to you.
