pathetic service
I had a loan with Capitec,I lost my job and my husband last year. I couldn't pay I kept on telling the person that tried to make ridiculous arrangements I'm a single parent. What happens to the insurance that comes with the loan? I wanted to settle my account last week the settlement amount was 420000 now that I wated to pay it is almost 75000? *** is all I can say. I want someone from Capitec with necessary authority to call me back. ***
