Pathetic service

Hubby and I usually use the pavilion branch, but was at Westwood and went in there, hubby went in first, the consultants look untidy, the male looked very unprofessional and when time to help looked like he didn't want to, he made gestures like my hubby wreacked of liquor or something, he tells us that they are offline and we should come back but the others were working. His overall attitude and demeanor was very bad. I love banking with capitec but guys look and be professional, how do you want us to trust you with our money when you can't look presentable.
