Pathetic service
A friend in Italy paid over money into my account on 29 January and it still does not reflect. I have sent numerous emails they dont have the decency to respond. I was told it takes 5 to 7 days which has passed I find their forex and customer care pathetic to say the least. I want that money in my account before I take legal steps
