PATHETIC SERRVICE FFROM C/C TO COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT

Capitec has put a status debt restructure on my credit which no one from branch consultanlts to collection department has no clue on how to remove it how pathetic is that.went to the Bank 10t Dec 2025 to requested a 1 month break they only offered to restrure my monthly D/O for that month to be less i agree on the Terms which said I won't be able to use my C/C for 3 months,23rd March I went to the branch As I was unable to use my Credit card was Assisted by a lady who tried to remove the status but coudnt she called credit card she was transfered from one department to another i mean no one from credit card department to collections department didn't know how remove a status which they put on my credit card,talk about incompetence and lack of knowledge.How can you not know how to remove a status that you placed in the first place.They promised to call back till date no bothered to pick up aa phone tto let me know what the outcome was. Tried their secure chat/WhatsApp chat USELESS you get transferred from 1 agent to another.I used to believe this Is the best Bank but wow not anymore. It is ok when they debit your account but when it comes to fixing the mess they have created No one knows how Pathetic
