Pathetic Product knowledge and customer service

I am writing the review on behalf of my wife....

It is pathetic how Capitec handled the fact that my wife went out of her way to get the necessary information by going out to two different branches and also the required documents to make payment arrangements for the period she is on maternity leave as she will not be receiving a full salary and to meet all debt committments in order to keep her profile good, The salary she received and will be receiving for the next couple of months basically covers her loans and credit card a capitec, thus the effort was made by my wife and to make the arrangement to be able to adhere to her payment committments to her credit and services providers....... The process started on 23 February 2017 at the Goodwood branch where we were advised my wife had to wait until after she had received her February salary as it was too late to stop the deduction and at Parow Centre we were advised after end of February had to wait until the 5th of March to make the arrangement as her loan would need to be 5 months old, we then basically left it until after the 5th March as she still received a full salary at the end of march, we then returned to Parow Centre a day before my actually gave birth 04 April to make the arrangement and there we were advised that we would need documentation as proof which we were not informed at any of the previous attempts , on the 8th we went back to Parow Centre with required documents and the consultant scanned it onto my wifes profile and called to the department who deals with the arrangemnets and were advised she was going to receive a call from a Capitec consultant regarding the arrangement.....We received no call or any form of contact from Capitec wahtsover until after the 15th of April my decided to give them a call and was then advised that the documents were never received but they could see on their system that she has been to the bank a couple of times and was then advised to go back to the bank which we di back to Parow Centre as it is closer to where we live, the consultant that assisted was very helpful and scanned the documents called the designated department and emailed the documents as well and were again told that were going to receive a call the same day or either the following day and that she will also give my wife a call to find out if they called her and if not will follow up, which was a nice gesture which only stayed a gesture as no calls were received from either consultant in the bank who said she was going to call and took my wifes details or the agent fromthe credit department regarding the arrangement..... what ****ed me off is that we went through all this trouble to make the arrangements because if you cannot pay them they will call you immediately to find out WHY? So my wife got payed and Capitec deducted the full amounts for the loan and credit card leaving our family in a rut as we wont be able to get to all our committments after we have payed everyone we not goingto have any food for the month or for my daghter in grade R.
