Capitec is absolutely pathetic , months and months and months of issues and now my account is handed over when u sent multiple emails displaying that the credit card account installment has been paid up to date in June the 21st .

Today I get a call from vertex debt collectors ? What is wrong with you people ? Can you not read . I have also called your customer service line multiple times where I’m told they cannot do anything as they just a contact centre ????
