Pathetic Loan consultant connection
so I did a loan assessment online and it looked favourable. I also requested a consultant to call back to discuss further. At 11h08 a consultant called but apparently the systems were not working well. She promised to call back at 11h30....I am still waiting...guess this is service delivery from Capitec Bank!!!
