Pathetic Forex Division

Worst bank ever. I recently moved to Capitec because of everyone's "good" things to say about them. I work abroad and for ten days now couldn't get a hold of their Forex decision to process my funds from the USA. When I did get a reply, I was told they tried calling me, after stating numerous times that I am on a ship and can not be called, only have whatsapp and email. And now my family is without money. Pathetic Capitec, get someone who wants to work in your Forex division, or don't offer the service at all. With Nedbank it took 3 days. 1 payment, 1 email and three days later the money was in my account. Regret switching to Capitec miserably, and now I am stuck with this pathetic excuse of a bank with no Forex division or customer service.
