Hello everyone me again, just another day but same **** with capitec, I have officially realized that they must have hired all the un educated people to work for them. 5 months I battled to get them to deduct my installments from my loan from my FNB account, last week they got it right, this week not so much as one loan went off but the other did not, then I get a threatening sms because they cant do their job properly, I dont speak stupid so it's almost impossible to even describe how painful it is to talk to you idiots. I have requested for your CEO to contact me directly, I have sent him a direct email but guess what he is as useless as the rest of you. I am done with you clowns, I am now taking this to every paper, social media platform, banking ombudsman. Pathetic exscuse of a bank.
