Pathetic explanation

I'm sitting here in Capitec Clearwater with a proof of address I have from Mogale City and my ID. They will not accept the mogale city letter because it has no street name. Their manager Sabelo confirms that they are aware how Mogale city prints their statement and they not accepting statements from Mogale. So clearly I will not be accommodated in this bank. They refuse to let my money out into another bank. I'm very mad and angry for my time wasted with this ******* explanation. You clearly do not want me to be bank with you any more please let me go I don't want to bank with you either.
