PATHETIC

Went to a Capitec ATM this morning to withdraw cash with my FNB card and the money went out of my account but the ATM never dispensed the money. Went to a branch and told them what happened. There response was sorry can't help need to go to your bank so they can escalate it. It's an absolute joke it's their ATM that didn't work not my bank. They should've just give me the money and I would've been on my way. Never trust them . Saying they help with ethical standards what a bunch of BS.
