Pathetic Disgusting Service at Capitec Bank- The Square Ladyamith

Today I visited this branch and it was the most disgusting experience ever since I've been dealing with Capitec bank, the service being absolutely pathetic and me being the only non black in the bank at that time with only black women to assist made it a horrid experience, one of the ladies removed her name badge as well, I did online application for a new account fir my sister and went to pick the card at this specific bank and it was my worst experience and regret it took the lady almost 2 hours to issue the card which they were doing intentionally because we were not black, initially at the start they did not want to assist saying that the 60second is up on the app on the phone what utter nonsense, they did not want to help at all because they made it so obvious that they wanted to assist the other black clients that were waiting, 3 times the lady that showed no interest in helping walked to the front of the bank leaving the me in her cubicle to go and talk to black lady which was social conversation as my cousin was standing at the front and overheard the conversation, thus was all being done intentionally to prolong the process not forgetting the numerous times she got up and walked to the back of the bank behind closed doors, I only managed to get the new card reason being I through a tantrum and insisted that I expect to get a card, whereas when I had visited the Capitec branch on Murchison Street in Ladysmith the service had been exceptionally applauded, as for the branch at the Square its undeniably appalling, the lady with long braided hair even walked like she was on a modeling ramp and trying to make it known that she us superior than us not forgetting her friend that she works with who was in cahoots with her making our experience at the bank a misery and never to set foot in that bank, they have really created a name of disgust for that branch were I would even go to the extent of stopping non blacks from going to the branch
