Pathetic customer services

Poor customer services, guess thats why the fees are so low cause of the services they provide to customers. Its okay for them to deduct money from your account with out any agreement but to get money that was taken out twice from your account back such a disaster. Call center staff haven't a clue what they doing, its sad though as a so called upcoming bank. Please i dont you'll sad pity story, do not bother to call me on this unresolved matter with *********** staff. Just want to make other users away of the pathetic services offered.
